NZSLTA Annual General Meeting
The NZSLTA AGM will be held online via Zoom on Sunday, 26 July 2026, at 3:00pm.
The AGM requires a quorum of 15% of eligible voting members to be present, either in attendance or represented by a valid proxy. Based on our current membership, a minimum of 12 members is required to achieve a quorum.
If a quorum is not reached, the AGM will be adjourned and a new meeting date will be advised.
Please note that the AGM will be recorded for the purpose of recording the minutes only.

Executive Committee Nominations

Before submitting a nomination, please speak with the person to ensure they are willing to stand for election.
Complete the online Nomination Form to nominate a candidate for the NZSLTA Executive Committee (2026–2028).
Can’t attend the NZSLTA AGM?
If you are unable to attend the AGM, please email us your apologies and complete the online Proxy Form.
You will also need to attach an NZSL video giving permission for another current NZSLTA member to vote on your behalf.
Before submitting the form, please confirm that your chosen proxy is willing and available to vote for you.

If you believe any part of the Constitution should be changed, added, or removed, please provide your proposal and the reason for the change.
